The skirt is made of form-fitting thick fabric with medium elasticity to it in baby blue polka dots on the indigo blue background. The skirt is not lined, but the fabric is thick and keeps shape well so it doesn't need lining. Material: 88% polyester and 12% spandex blend fabric. Made in Turkey.
